Joel Denney

Joel Denney is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and business development. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Kmart and Target since June 2024, Joel also holds the position of General Manager Business Development at Wesfarmers since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Joel was General Manager of Commercial & Strategy at Anko Global from May 2023 to May 2024 and a Partner at Aurenda Partners for six months in 2022. Joel's notable history includes over a decade as Managing Director at Fort Street Advisers and experience in investment and funds management at Catalyst Investment Managers. Joel began a career in corporate finance at UBS Investment Bank, following a solid educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering and a Master's degree in Commerce from UNSW.
