Tricia Ho-Hudson

Tricia Ho-Hudson serves as the Executive General Manager of Group Finance at Wesfarmers, overseeing the financial operations of a diverse range of retail and industrial businesses across Australia and New Zealand since 2021. In addition, Tricia holds the position of Honorary Associate at The University of Sydney Business School, contributing to the Board of Advice for the Discipline of Accounting, Governance & Regulation. With a strong background in corporate governance, Tricia has held various directorships in companies such as Wespine Industries and numerous subsidiaries of Wesfarmers and Commonwealth Bank. Previous roles include Group Treasurer at Endeavour Group and Woolworths Group, and Head of Capital & Regulatory Strategy at Commonwealth Bank. Tricia’s extensive education includes a Master’s in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Economics from Monash University, along with advanced banking and leadership programs from prestigious institutions.
