Matthew Fraser

Matthew Fraser is an experienced project manager currently working at Wesgroup Properties since November 2021. Previously, Matthew held the position of Construction Manager at StreetSide Developments in Vancouver from November 2015 to October 2021 and served as Construction Coordinator at Bold Properties Inc. from September 2014 to October 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Project Coordinator/LEED Management at XARIS Construction Inc. in July 2014, where tasks involved assisting in construction management and LEED certification processes, and a practicum at RDH Group in March 2014, focusing on curtain wall testing and project estimations. Matthew’s career began in a supervisory role at Fraser StrataCare from May 2004 to September 2013. Matthew holds a degree in Architectural Building Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
