Michelle Imperato is a professional with extensive experience in the field of journalism. Michelle has worked as an Evening Anchor at WESH 2 CW18 since June 2014 and previously held positions as a Morning Anchor/Reporter at KSBW and as a News Anchor/Reporter at WLNY TV 10-55. Michelle obtained a BA in Media and Communications from SUNY Old Westbury in 2005.

WESH 2 has been covering the news and telling the stories of Central Florida for more than 55 years. Before the first guests were welcomed at Disney World and NASA figured out how to launch a man into space from Cape Canaveral, WESH 2 went on the air. In the decades since, WESH 2 has made itself an indispensable part of the community. It was the first Central Florida station to have onsite Doppler Radar for weather forecasts. And its team of veteran reporters have a combined 219 years of experience covering Orlando and the surrounding areas. WESH 2 became an NBC affiliate in 1956, and for the past 15 years, has also been broadcasting hours of daily, local content on the CW. Acquired by Hearst Television in 1999, WESH 2 quickly became a stand-out organization in a company with more than 40 active television stations.
