As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Make an impact - grow the business by developing new features that make a difference.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, post-launch analysis, and ongoing optimizations.
- Identify pain points and enhancement opportunities through user research and deep customer needs and behavior analysis.
- Craft clear and concise user stories that effectively capture user needs, align with product goals, and guide development efforts.
- Enhance the user funnel and journey through A/B testing, leveraging data, growth opportunities, market research, and user insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Development, Marketing, Design, external suppliers, and vendors to ensure product success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience in a B2C company - must
- Coming from the travel-tech industry - a big advantage
- Background in software development - a big advantage
- Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of the product life cycle.
- Ability to balance delivery of MVPs with a commitment to world-class service.
- Experience with API integrations and caching solutions.
- Experience creating user stories and managing product documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills to serve as a bridge between tech and business.
- Analytical thinker, problem solver, and strong executor.
- Excellent collaborative written and verbal communication skills in English & Hebrew.
- Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
