Senior Product Manager

Job description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Make an impact - grow the business by developing new features that make a difference.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, post-launch analysis, and ongoing optimizations.
  • Identify pain points and enhancement opportunities through user research and deep customer needs and behavior analysis.
  • Craft clear and concise user stories that effectively capture user needs, align with product goals, and guide development efforts.
  • Enhance the user funnel and journey through A/B testing, leveraging data, growth opportunities, market research, and user insights.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Development, Marketing, Design, external suppliers, and vendors to ensure product success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience in a B2C company - must
  • Coming from the travel-tech industry - a big advantage
  • Background in software development - a big advantage
  • Demonstrated experience managing all aspects of the product life cycle.
  • Ability to balance delivery of MVPs with a commitment to world-class service.
  • Experience with API integrations and caching solutions.
  • Experience creating user stories and managing product documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to serve as a bridge between tech and business.
  • Analytical thinker, problem solver, and strong executor.
  • Excellent collaborative written and verbal communication skills in English & Hebrew.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
