Brad Hilliard

Head of Middle School at Wesley College

Brad Hilliard is currently the Head of Middle School at Wesley College. Prior to this, they were the Director of Studies Prep School at Christ Church Grammar School from 2012 to 2017. Brad has also held the position of Director of Pastoral Care, Planning and Co-Curricular at Christ Church Grammar School from 2010 to 2012, Year 6/7 Teaching and Learning Coordinator at Christ Church Grammar School from 2009 to 2009, and Classroom Teacher at Christ Church Grammar School and Wesley College from 2008 to 2008. Prior to their work in education, Brad Hilliard was a Primary School Teacher at Geraldton Grammar School from 1996 to 1997.

Brad Hilliard completed their schooling at Aquinas College in Western Australia and St Kevin's in Toorak, Victoria. Brad then undertook a Bachelor of Arts (Education) at Edith Cowan University. After this, they completed a Post Grad Certificate Specialising in Boys' Education at UNSW, followed by a Certificate of Gifted Education (CoGE) also at UNSW Australia. Finally, they completed a Masters in Education, with a focus on Education/Teaching of the Gifted and Talented, at the University of Newcastle.

They work with Mary Henry - Director of Community Relations, Nathan Jessup - Deputy Head, Operations and Pastoral, and Geoff Searle - Director of Finance. Their manager is Ross Barron, Head of College.
