Greg Ruthven

Greg Ruthven is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources and sustainability functions across major global mining companies. Currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources and Sustainability at Austin Engineering Ltd since October 2023, Greg oversees HR, Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality. With a strong background in organizational strategy, talent acquisition, and industrial relations, Greg is also a Non-Executive Board member at Wesley College, Perth, where leadership includes chairing a sub-committee. Previous roles include Vice President of Organisation Resources at Rio Tinto and Group Head of Human Resources at Anglo American, where Greg managed large teams across multiple countries.
