Marsha Jackson

Marsha Jackson serves as the Program Director at Wesley Community Center since November 2021, overseeing Financial Opportunity Center services, which encompass intake, income assistance, financial coaching, and vocational training while managing staff and ensuring grant compliance. Previously, Marsha held various roles at Walmart from February 2009 to November 2021, including Retail Operation Manager, where responsibilities included fostering a customer-focused culture and managing operational effectiveness. Additional roles included Facilitator I, contributing to the launch of Walmart Academy in Houston, and Assistant Store Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and operational standards. Marsha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University.
