Aaron Richards

Aaron Richards has a strong background in IT software and management. Aaron began their career as a Support Analyst at Robert Half Technology in 2004. Aaron then moved on to EDMC, where they held various roles including Support Analyst, System Analyst, and Software Supervisor, managing multiple functional areas within the IT Operation department. During their time at EDMC, Aaron worked on setting up new ITIL based processes, provided 3rd level IT support, and worked on complex integrations between systems.

In 2017, Aaron joined Wesley Family Services as a Software Developer and later became a Software Manager. Aaron was responsible for strategic and operational planning, leading teams and direct reports, and implementing IT Change Management via ServiceNow.

Aaron Richards attended ITT Technical Institute from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associates of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
