Jodie Welser

Jodie Welser has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Financial Statement Accountant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From there, they moved to UPMC as a Financial Analyst from 2000 to 2005. Jodie then transitioned to the role of Regional Controller at Grane Healthcare in 2005, followed by Senior Financial Analyst positions at Coventry Health Care from 2006 to 2008 and EDMC from 2011 to 2014. In 2008, they joined BNY Mellon as the VP - Financial Controller until 2011. Jodie then served as Director of Operational Accounting and Business Services Manager at Gateway Health before taking a leave of absence in 2015 to work as a Caregiver. Upon their return, they joined Duquesne Light Company as a Business Support Specialist from 2017 to 2019. Finally, they are currently employed at Wesley Family Services as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, a position they held from 2019 to 2023, after which they were promoted to the role of Assistant Director of Financial Analysis.

Jodie Welser obtained a Certificate in Accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in the year 2001. Between 2003 and 2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Earlier, from 1993 to 1997, Jodie completed their Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Health Service Administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
