Mnpl Rob Lanouette

Rob Lanouette, MNPL, has extensive experience in the field of senior advocacy and community relations. Rob currently serves as the Community Relations Director at Wesley Homes, a role they have held since June 2017. Prior to this, Rob worked as a Public Speaking expert at Passionate Advocate for Seniors from April 2006 to June 2022. Rob also served as a Development Specialist at Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community Foundation from April 2006 to January 2017.

Rob Lanouette, MNPL has a Master's Degree in Non Profit Leadership from Seattle University, which they completed in 2016. Rob also obtained an Assisted Living Administrator's Certificate from LeadingAge Washington in 2016. In addition, they attended the LeadingAge Washington Leadership Institute from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree from Pacific Lutheran University. Recently, Rob Lanouette has acquired additional certifications including the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in June 2022 and Fundraising Management from the UW Tacoma KeyBank Professional Development Center.
