Lauren Carroll

Lauren Carroll is currently the Head of People Services at Wesleyan since October 2021. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Bromford from October 2016 to October 2021. Lauren also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Birmingham City University from July 2015 to September 2016. Lauren's experience includes roles such as HR Advisor, HR Policy Advisor, and HR Coordinator at Midland Heart. Lauren started their career as an HR Administrator at SHIELD HR LIMITED. Lauren obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management from the University of Worcester in 2010 and later completed a CIPD Advanced Diploma Level 7 at Solihull College from 2011 to 2013.
