Lucy Brooks

Lucy Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lucy currently holds the role of Head of HR Operations at Wesleyan since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as HR Change & Transformation on a fixed-term contract at Wesleyan from January 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Wesleyan, Lucy was the Head of HR at Endsleigh Insurance from February 2014 to June 2020. Lucy also served as the Head of Selection for the British Army at Capita - British Army Recruiting Group from November 2012 to January 2014.

Lucy's earlier experiences include being the HR Director for UK at Vertex Group Limited from February 1998 to October 2012, an HR Manager at AssiDoman Packaging from January 1996 to January 1998, an HR Adviser at Clerical Medical from 1993 to 1996, and a Management Development Officer at Laurentian Financial Services from July 1990 to August 1993.

Lucy Brooks attended Bromsgrove School from 1980 to 1987, but they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during their time there. Later, from 1987 to 1990, they attended Lancaster University and received a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree with a 2:1 classification in Psychology.
