Lyndsey Fletcher DipPFS has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of 22 years. Lyndsey started their career at 3M in the year 2000 as an Internal Sales Account Manager, where they worked until 2003. After that, they joined BOC UK & Ireland in 2004 as an Account Manager specializing in Leisure Products and worked there until 2010. Following this, they joined Wesleyan in 2010 and held several positions. Lyndsey started as a CSA (Customer Service Advisor) and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Consultant, responsible for checking complex sales cases and carrying out Pension Switching Analysis. In 2018, they took on the role of Technical Specialist and in 2019, they were promoted to the position of Pensions Technical Manager. Currently, as of November 2022, Lyndsey Fletcher is working as the Transformation Delivery Lead at Wesleyan.

Lyndsey Fletcher DipPFS completed their education between 1988 and 1999. Lyndsey attended Loreto Grammar School, Altrincham, where they obtained their A-Levels and GCSEs. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in Materials with Business Studies at Loughborough University from 1995 to 1999.
