Mitchell Spencer Mrics

Mitchell Spencer MRICS is an accomplished Property Asset Manager at Wesleyan, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Mitchell served as Estates Team Manager and held various roles including Senior Surveyor, Valuation Officer, and Estates Officer at City of Wolverhampton Council from July 2017 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes work as a Graduate Surveyor at Place Partnership Limited from June 2016 to July 2017 and a progression of roles at Sandwell Council from November 2006 to June 2016, including Trainee Surveyor and Property Support Assistant. Mitchell obtained a BSc (Hons) with First Class Honours in Estate Management from University College of Estate Management between 2012 and 2016.
