Rory O'Donnell

Rory O'Donnell is currently the People Analytics Manager at Wesleyan, where they lead the People Analytics function with two direct reports. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior HR Data Analyst at Herbert Smith Freehills, specializing in global-facing people analytics and Power BI dashboard creation. They also have experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the financial services sector and as a Sales & Customer Service Administrator at Hopwoods of Bristol. Rory holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Southampton and has completed a Level 4 Data Analyst degree from Multiverse.
