Sonya Harper

Sonya Harper is an experienced Programme Manager at Wesleyan since November 2008, specializing in the management, planning, and delivery of programmes to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and overseeing strategic programmes focused on Life & Pensions products. Prior to this role, Sonya served as Programme Office Manager, providing governance and control over the Society's project portfolio and managing a team of PMO Analysts, Business Analysts, and project planning resources. Sonya's earlier experience includes a position as Project Manager at HFC Bank from 1996 to 2008. Sonya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Aston University, completed in July 2023.
