Victoria Mumo

Victoria Mumo is an experienced actuarial analyst currently employed at Wesleyan since February 2022. Previously, Victoria worked as a general insurance underwriter at Takaful Insurance of Africa Limited from March 2016 to September 2018, where key achievements included enhancing customer retention through effective presentations, assessing insurable risks to alleviate bad risks, and improving customer satisfaction levels through proactive communication. Earlier roles included a customer service representative and an underwriting management trainee at Takaful Insurance, as well as serving as an actuarial intern at the Insurance Regulatory Authority. Victoria holds an International Masters in Applied Actuarial Science from the University of Kent and a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from JKUAT. Education also includes attendance at Riara Springs Girls' High School.
