Jennifer Pinkett-Smith

The Director of Diversity, Jennifer, joins us from Whitefield Academy where she has worked since 2006. During her tenure at Whitefield, Jennifer has served as Middle School Dean of Students, Professional Development Coordinator, Academic Support Coordinator, and in the Office of Student Life which is responsible for overseeing diversity in the Whitefield Academy model.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s degree from Morris Brown College, a Master’s degree from Central Michigan University, and both Specialist and Doctoral degrees from Georgia State University in Educational Leadership. Including her tenure at Whitefield, Jennifer has spent 15 years as a teacher and administrator in Christian schools in the Atlanta area. Jennifer and her family attend Turner Chapel AME in Marietta. Jennifer's son Micah, is a current Wesleyan student.
