Andrew Tanaka

Andrew Tanaka has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Treasurer at Wesleyan University since 2004. Previous roles at Wesleyan include Vice President and Chief of Staff, Chief of Staff, Special Assistant to the President for University Relations, and Development Officer. Prior to Wesleyan, Tanaka worked at Aetna, Inc. as an Account Executive and at Towers Perrin as a Benefits Consultant. Academically, Tanaka holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University, along with an International Baccalaureate from Yokohama International School.
