Jen Duncan has a diverse work experience in the field of financial aid. Jen started their career at the University of Massachusetts Amherst as a Student Account Specialist from June 2008 to May 2011. Jen then worked at the College of Our Lady of the Elms, first as a Financial Aid Counselor from January 2013 to September 2015, and later as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid from September 2015 to November 2016. Currently, they are employed at Wesleyan University. Jen initially joined as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid from November 2016 to July 2018, and then promoted to Senior Assistant Director of Financial Aid from July 2018 to November 2018. After that, they served as an Associate Director of Financial Aid from November 2018 to June 2023. Finally, they were appointed as the Interim Director of Financial Aid from January 2023 to June 2023, and is currently the Director of Financial Aid since June 2023.
Jen Duncan completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Jen then pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at the same university. Following this, they attended Holyoke Community College, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Later on, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Elms College. In between their studies, Jen also briefly studied Film/Cinema/Video Studies at Columbia College Chicago.
