Lauren Stumpf

Lauren Stumpf is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in managing professional development programs and recruitment processes. Currently serving as the Associate Director for Professional Development & Employment at Wesleyan University, Lauren designs and facilitates learning programs while assessing staff needs. Previous roles at Wesleyan include Assistant Director of Human Resources and HR Generalist, where responsibilities spanned from overseeing onboarding and employee recognition programs to conducting full-cycle recruitment. Prior experience at Tufts University involved implementing an Applicant Tracking System and developing policies for various recruitment and employee management processes. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from William James College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Merrimack College.
