Rachel Schnepper

Rachel Schnepper serves as the Senior Director of Academic and Emerging Technologies at Wesleyan University since July 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the integration and promotion of academic technologies, particularly in artificial intelligence, and leading teams in Instructional Media Services and Academic Technology. Previously, Rachel held the position of Director of Academic Technology, contributing to strategic planning and collaboration with various university departments to enhance academic excellence. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Academic Technology at Grinnell College, Communications Officer at HyperStudio at MIT, and a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow in History at Washington and Lee University. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College and a PhD in History from Rutgers University.
