Svein Johannessen is an experienced marine professional with a diverse background in marine operations and surveying. Currently serving as a Marine Surveyor and Manager of Marine Operations at WESMANS since July 2014, Svein has previously held similar managerial and surveying roles at Southern Marine. Additionally, Svein has extensive technical experience as Chief Engineer and Technical Instructor at Sørlandets Maritime vgs, and as 1st Engineer at Farstad Shipping ASA and Subsea 7, along with earlier experience as 2nd Engineer with Norwegian Cruise Line. Svein holds an Engineer's degree in Maritime education from Arendal Maritime vgs, completed in 2004.
