Mattson Heidemann is an experienced Project Engineer currently employed at Wespac Construction since July 2022, where responsibilities include reviewing design and bidding documents, overseeing construction progress, and managing schedules and documents. Previously, Mattson served as an Estimating Project Engineer, managing estimates for projects valued up to $10 million. Prior to this, experience was gained as Textbook Materials Team Lead at Follett Higher Education, overseeing significant textbook sales and scholarship programs. Mattson also completed two internships at Wespac Construction, focusing on estimating and field project engineering. Mattson holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University and a high school diploma from Chaparral High School.
