Motti Perlman

VP R&D at Wesper

Motti Perlman has a long history of working in software engineering and development. In 2020, they became the VP of R&D at Wesper. From 2012-2020, they worked at Boston Scientific, Electrophysiology, starting as a Fellow in Software Engineering. In this role, they were the technical lead for the software development of Rhythmia HDx ver 3.0, which featured LUMIPOINT, a novel feature set to simplify and streamline interpretation of high-density, high-fidelity electro-anatomical maps. From 2010-2012, they were a Senior Software Engineer and Researcher at the Israeli Department of Defense, leading their team's effort to migrate to new software infrastructure. From 2004-2010, they worked for the Israeli Defense Forces, first as a Real-Time Software Engineer, then as an Instructor, and finally as a Real-Time PHY Firmware Engineer. In these roles, they designed and implemented real-time algorithms, handled cellular, VoIP, and other proprietary hybrid voice/data schemes, and researched new equalization and distortion correction algorithms.

Motti Perlman received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2012.
