Adam Grant

Adam Grant is an advisor at WeSpire. Adam previously worked as the deputy coordinated director at Battleground Texas from April 2014 to November 2014. In this role, they managed all aspects of BGTX's portfolio of services with six top-tier legislative campaigns during the 2014 midterm cycle. Adam also worked closely with the Data and Digital departments to provide customized products for client campaigns.

Prior to their work at Battleground Texas, Adam served as the Western Deputy Regional Director at Organizing for Action from May 2013 to April 2014. In this role, they oversaw all operations in the Western Region, which included 19 states and territories.

Adam began their political career as an Operations Associate at Obama for America from August 2012 to January 2013. In this role, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the campaign office and coordinating volunteers.

Adam Grant graduated from Vassar College with a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Economics, and Spanish.
