Naj Rahman

Naj Rahman has worked in various roles since 1996. Naj began their career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consulting Services Director. In 1999, they Co-Founded and served as General Manager of Saffron Interactive, a start-up that developed bespoke e-learning content for corporate clients in the UK. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as Business Development Director for Learning, Performance & Talent Management at Oracle. Naj then joined SuccessFactors as Sales Director, where they worked until 2013. After taking a Sabbatical, they joined WeSpire Inc. in 2015 as VP Europe. WeSpire is a leading provider of digital sustainability engagement programs to global companies.

Naj Rahman completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Cass Business School from 1995 to 1996, with a focus on Strategic IT.
