Niklas Hammar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in e-commerce and business development. As COO and Co-founder of WeSports since April 2020, Niklas has demonstrated leadership in the sports sector. Previously, at BHG Group from May 2013 to May 2023, Niklas played a vital role in sales growth and business development for DIY and home furnishing, significantly increasing sales from 684 MSEK to 1600 MSEK during tenure as Head of Business Development. Niklas also founded and served as CEO of Nesto.com, an online furniture store, and led Heppo.com as CEO and founder, establishing a successful online footwear brand. Additional roles include CPO and Interim CTO at Offerta.se, where the company became a leading online marketplace, and board member at Humlegårdens Ekolager, contributing to the professionalization of the craft brewery supply chain. With a foundation in entrepreneurship starting from university studies, Niklas has developed a diverse skill set across multiple sectors, supported by an academic background that includes a Master's in Business from Linköping University and an MBA from the University of Mannheim.
