Network and Engineering Team

The Network and Engineering Team at Wessex Internet is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's high-speed broadband network. This includes planning and designing fibre-optic networks, coordinating network splicing, and ensuring reliable and efficient installation and maintenance of infrastructure. The team leverages Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for optimal network planning and oversees the operation of the network to ensure continuous and reliable service for customers across rural South Somerset, Cranborne Chase, and the Dorset coastline.
