Jack E. Bishop is currently serving as the Catchment Partnership Coordinator at Wessex Water since January 2023, focusing on enhancing public engagement with the water environment, improving water quality, restoring biodiversity, and building resilience to climate change in the Bristol Avon Catchment. Prior to this role, Jack was a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Liverpool from September 2021 to January 2023, where research centered on methane emissions from urban rivers and canals, including leading projects on carbon isotope databases and estimating methane flux. Additionally, Jack worked as an Administrator for the NERC Network on Air Pollution Solutions for Vulnerable Groups at the University of Birmingham from December 2020 to September 2021, managing communications and project operations. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Environmental Diagnosis and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geology, both obtained from Royal Holloway, University of London.
