Maxine Harrington

Maxine Harrington currently serves as an HR Service Centre Adviser at Wessex Water, overseeing a team of five in a Shared Service Centre environment since November 2024. With extensive experience at Wessex Water spanning from June 2004 to February 2022, Maxine has held various roles including HR Coordinator, HR Senior Administrator, and HR Advisor, where responsibilities included administering maternity and paternity processes and advising on Employee Relations matters such as sickness and performance management. Prior to this, Maxine worked as a Training Coordinator at Midas Construction in Bristol from February 2000 to June 2004. Maxine holds a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management and Services from Avado and a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Personal Practice from Bath College.
