Nicky Brennan

Nicky Brennan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Starting in 1994, they worked at Motability Operations in various roles, including Business Development Manager and Programme Manager. From 2005 to 2012, they held multiple positions at Arval - BNP Paribas Group, including Head of Projects and Senior Business Project Manager. They then moved on to UCAS, where they served as Portfolio Manager, Head of Portfolio Delivery, and Programme Director. In 2014, they joined Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC as an Interim Portfolio & Change Delivery Manager and later became the Head of Change & Transformation. In 2019, they worked at ATLAS HOTELS LIMITED as a Project Management Consultant, overseeing a large-scale business restructure. Currently, they are employed at Wessex Water as the Head of Digital Business Pilots, Head of Business Transformation, and soon-to-be Group Director of IT. In addition to their extensive project management expertise, Nicky has strengths in communication, stakeholder management, change management, budget management, and risk management.

Nicky Brennan completed a BSC in Management and Systems from City, University of London, graduating in 1994. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1991, they attended Haberdasher Aske's School for Girls. Along with their education, Nicky Brennan also obtained certifications, including The Open Group Certified: TOGAF® Standard, Version 9.2 from The Open Group in June 2021, and AgilePM from APMG International.
