Richard Evans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water resource management and engineering. Currently serving as the Regional Network Monitoring Manager for Sewerage at Wessex Water since September 2019, Richard oversees the Wastewater Network Monitoring Team and has previously held the role of Investment Engineer, managing capital investment programs and asset optimization. Prior to Wessex Water, Richard worked for the Environment Agency from March 2016 to September 2019, where roles included Senior Officer focusing on water resources planning, Water Resources Technical Officer, Drought and Demand Officer, and Environment Planning Officer. Richard holds an MSc in Earth and Environmental Science from Lancaster University, graduated in 2015.
