Tony Locke

Tony Locke has an extensive background in software development and web applications, with a focus on energy solutions. Since August 2005, Tony has been employed at Wessex Water as an Energy Software Developer, contributing to the development of Chellow, an open-source energy bill checking software designed for organizations with significant energy consumption. Prior to this role, Tony served as the Head of Web Applications at Open World Limited from November 1996 to July 2001. Educationally, Tony holds a BSc degree in Physics from Cardiff University.
