Justin Frazier is a Project Manager and Land Surveyor at Wessler Engineering, responsible for managing municipal water resource projects, including wastewater and stormwater collection systems, and overseeing construction administration. With extensive experience in project management at TBIRD Design Services Corp, Justin has led teams to develop plans for civil engineering and land surveying projects, handled budget monitoring, and maintained quality control. Prior roles at Vester & Associates, Inc. involved managing the design and approval processes for various subdivisions and conducting essential survey research and data analysis. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying and Engineering from Purdue University, earned in 2001.
