Marty Wessler is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wessler Engineering, a position held since October 1988, where responsibilities include overseeing the Board and leading the company’s strategic growth and daily operations. Prior to this role, Marty Wessler served as Project Engineer/Manager at Alvord, Burdick & Howson from June 1987 to September 1988, focusing on a significant prestressed concrete water main project. Marty Wessler earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology between 1983 and 1987 and completed secondary education at Lutheran High School of Indianapolis from 1979 to 1983.

Founded in 1975 and based in Indianapolis, Indiana, we have branch offices in Carmel, Evansville, Fort Wayne and Bluffton, Ohio.
