Caitlin Basel

Caitlin Basel is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Secondary ELA Consultant for the West Ada School District since August 2015. In this role, Caitlin empowers teachers through professional development and personalized support. Previously, Caitlin held various leadership positions, focusing on curriculum development and student achievement, and successfully integrated content literacy in classrooms. Earlier career experiences include serving as a recruiter for Beardbrand, Director of Operations for PCS EdventuresLab!, and Director of Recruiting & Training at HPT Development. Caitlin also has a background as Vice President of Mentoring at WOVI, Human Resources and Office Manager at Arch Stanton LLC, and an Elementary School Teacher in the Meridian School District #2. Caitlin earned a BA in Elementary Education from Boise State University.
