Youssouf TOURE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and economic affairs. Currently serving as a Specialist Senior in both Procurement and Positive Impact Finance at Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement since January 2022, Youssouf previously held the position of Special Advisor to the Prime Minister in the Government of Mali, focusing on Economic Affairs. With a history at Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement from 2011 to 2021, Youssouf contributed as Chief of Division for Regional Integration and as a Principal Economist, specializing in monitoring and evaluation of public and private sector projects, climate finance, and infrastructure development in West Africa. Earlier roles include internship training at the World Bank Group and MCC. Youssouf earned a certificate in Leading Economic Growth from Harvard Kennedy School in 2020 and holds a Master's degree in Development Economics from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
