Karen Lascaris

Karen Lascaris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design and online marketing. Currently serving as the Online Marketing Specialist for West Angeles Church of God In Christ since June 2009, Lascaris has successfully established the church's online presence through marketing, brand identity, web development, and content creation. Previously, as Head of Design at Charles David of California, Lascaris oversaw the design process for women's footwear and handbags and managed a team of designers. At Skechers USA, Lascaris held the position of Design Director, directing all phases of design for women's contemporary and sport footwear. From 1987 to 2000, Lascaris served as Creative Director at Ralph Lauren, collaborating closely with the brand's founder to redefine design and fashion direction. Additionally, Lascaris is an author, credited with the book "IN OUR OWN IMAGE: Treasured African American Traditions, Journeys, and Icons," capturing American life through a pictorial lens. Lascaris is an alumnus of both Pratt Institute and Parsons School of Design - The New School.
