Dana Schuemann has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dana started their career in 1998 as a Mortgage Loan Processor/Closer/Originator at Glaser Mortgage, where they worked until 2004. Then, they joined MetaBank as an Assistant VP Residential Loans until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer, VP, and CRCM at West Bank. In 2015, they became a School Board Member at Norwalk Community School District. In 2018, they joined Neighborhood Finance Corporation (NFC) as a Member of the Board of Directors. Dana'smost recent position is as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Iowa Association of School Boards since 2019.
