Kelly Balavender

Kelly Balavender is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and investor relations. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Investor Relations at West Basin Capital Management since September 2024, Balavender previously held the position of Director, Institutional Advisory at Bridgewater Associates from October 2023 to September 2024. Prior to that, Balavender was a Managing Director and Global Head of Investor Relations & Marketing at Graticule Asset Management Asia from January 2015 to October 2023, along with experience as a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations & Business Development. Early career experience includes an Associate role at Fortress Investment Group. Balavender is also a Founding Member of Impact 100 NYC, an organization that awards transformative grants to local nonprofits benefiting the NYC community. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.
