Leighanne Kirk

Leighanne Kirk currently serves as Principal Water Resources Planner at West Basin Municipal Water District, a position held since July 2012, following earlier roles as Senior Water Resources Planner and Water Resources Analyst I and II at the same organization starting in 2004.
