Frank Zhang

Frank Zhang serves as the Director of Predictive Analytics at West Bend Mutual Insurance since January 2022. Prior to this role, Frank held various leadership positions at BMO Financial Group, including Director of Risk Capital and Model Development and Senior Manager of Wholesale Credit Risk from April 2016 to January 2022. Frank's career began at Deloitte, where positions spanned from Consultant to Manager in Advanced Analytics & Modeling between October 2006 and April 2016. Frank holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Economics and a Master's Degree in Statistics from The University of Georgia, in addition to a Master's Degree in Economics from Nankai University and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
