Jessica Klas

Jessica Klas has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Claims - Shared Services at West Bend Insurance Company since June 2008. In this role, Jessica manages a team of workers' compensation claims representatives, overseeing claims across Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Virginia. Prior positions at West Bend include Workers' Compensation Claims Manager and Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Representative, where responsibilities included adjusting complex claims and litigated files. Jessica's earlier experience at Target as Executive Team Leader - Hardlines involved recruiting and developing team members through coaching and mentorship.
