Mike R.

Mike R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in insurance, entrepreneurship, and sports management. Currently, Mike serves as a Senior Property Claims Adjuster at West Bend Mutual Insurance and as the Head Golf Professional at Springbrook Country Club. In addition, Mike is the Founder of Fired Up Flavor, with a book and line of seasonings set to launch in Fall/Winter 2025. As the Owner and Licensed Drone Pilot at Great River Drones, Mike specializes in aerial photography and videography across various sectors. Previously, Mike held multiple roles at American Mutual Insurance Association, including Insurance Claims Adjuster and Commercial Drone Pilot, while also serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the Iowa Mutual Adjuster's Association. Mike earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ashford University between 2005 and 2009.
