Nichole Schauer

Nichole Schauer is a seasoned Senior Claims Representative with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently employed at West Bend Mutual Insurance since October 2015. Prior to this role, Nichole was a Senior Claims Representative at IPMG from June 2014 to October 2015, specializing in Workers' Compensation claims and investigations. Nichole also served as a Senior Claim Specialist for Workers' Compensation at QBE Insurance from January 2001 to May 2014, where responsibilities included claims adjustment in Illinois, preparation and presentation of claim reviews for large accounts, and monitoring reserves. Nichole holds a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Illinois State University and has educational background from Trinity International University.
