Abir Kumar Pal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and operations management within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager & Head of Operations and Development at West Bengal Chemical Industries Ltd since March 2023, Abir oversees R&D, plant operations, and commercial requirements, including new product development and resource allocation. Previous roles include Corporate Project Manager for Commercial Operations at Biophore India Pharmaceuticals Pvt.
