Hari Kishore Kusumakar

Hari Kishore Kusumakar is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as the Additional Director General and Inspector General of Cyber Crime with the West Bengal Police since August 2023. Prior roles include serving as the Special Commissioner in charge of Traffic for the Kolkata Police and as Secretary and Cyber Crime Coordinator for the Government of West Bengal. Hari's earlier experience encompasses significant positions at various levels including Deputy Commissioner of Police focusing on IT Modernization and roles in district leadership as Superintendent of Police. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a PG Diploma in Cyber Laws from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research.
