Arfin Alam

Arfin Alam is an experienced electrical engineer with a career spanning over a decade in the power distribution sector. Currently serving as an Executive Engineer at West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited since July 2014, Arfin Alam is adept in power system distribution management, operations of 33/11KV substations, revenue and energy management, and the testing and commissioning of electrical equipment. Previous experience includes a role as a Junior Engineer at Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, focusing on rural electrification projects and metering data analysis. Arfin Alam holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Asansol Engineering College, complemented by foundational education in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Assembly of God Church School.
